If you find that you’re not completely satisfied with your Shining Light Coffee order, we will gladly issue you a refund. Email us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

For any merchandise or apparel returns, simply send our team an email with your order details and a short description on why you’d like to return the item and we’ll have a paid shipping label created for you. Once we receive the item, a refund will be issued, and you will receive an email confirmation.

  • For any order with standard shipping within the United States, packages should arrive in 10 business days.
  • For orders placed with USPS Priority shipping, packages should arrive within 3-5 business days.
  • packages are fufilled Monday-Friday during business hours

Changing an order after it’s been placed or shipped is a bit tricky. Because of this, please email us immediately upon realizing that something may be wrong with your order. We will always do our best to make sure you’ll get what you need.

2.5 tablespoons of grinds to every 6 ounces of water. This ratio will give you the most accurate representation of our Coffee when brewing! However, always adjust accordingly to your preference.
